No real estate involved

Court Basic Requirements:
The decedent:
Has been dead more than 2 years, or
The estate value is $75,000 or less (excluding exempt property)
No disputes among beneficiaries
Known creditors are resolved or barred
Important limitations:
A document preparer cannot:
Determine whether summary administration is appropriate
Advise on creditor claims
Interpret wills
Resolve beneficiary disputes
If any dispute exists, attorney involvement is required.

• Debt Validation Request Letter
To request that a debt collector provide verification of a debt.
• Cease and Desist Letter to Debt Collector
To instruct a debt collector to stop contacting the consumer, as per the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (15 U.S.C. § 1692c(c)).
• Dispute Letter for Credit Report Errors
To inform a credit bureau or furnisher of inaccurate information on a credit report, as per the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681i).
• "No Trespass" Letter for Property
To formally notify an individual that they are not permitted on a property.
• Demand Letter for Unreturned Security Deposit
To formally request a landlord return a security deposit, referencing Florida Statute § 83.49.
